Channelview Texas Residents in a Channelview neighborhood are dealing with one neighbor’s dogs and pig running stray in the streets knocking over garbage cans to look for food. Neighbors are also dealing with the smells from all the trash store in that same neighbor’s front yard. HCSO has been out there but nothing happened.
