For our fisherfolk, fishing is more than livelihood. It is their way of life, and in the recent years, we have been hearing more stories of long hours spent at sea only to return with less and less. Today, we stood by the shoreline of our old airport and gently laid 400 artificial reefs into the sea. These artificial reefs will help nurture and restore marine life, revive our coastal ecosystems, and in turn give our fisherfolk sustainable livelihood that will endure generations. Nagapangabay kit
