Consistency is king 👑 My top tips on how to stay consistent⬇️ 1) Zoom out. Small blips, bad days, sickness, injury… they all seem like everything is lost at the time. But zoom out and look across the space of a year. Injuries can be worked around, sickness usually only lasts a week or so. Slumps can last longer but usually you’re still doing some sort of training! Don’t give up when things get hard. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and don’t give in. Your consistency will build
