Same date. Two very different versions of me 🤍 This year I got a lot better at not breaking promises to myself. Not in a “new me” way just small things. Eating properly. Resting when I needed it. Not running myself into the ground. that’s what I wish more people knew: you don’t need a massive overhaul. You just need support, structure, and a bit of self respect.
