Thursday will be the Bay Area’s last dry day before a trend of wet weather builds into the weekend. An approaching atmospheric river is expected to continue into next week. Thursday holds plenty of sunshine with cool daytime highs in the 50s.

Light rain is back in the Bay Area on Friday but intensifies on Saturday with a moderate-strength atmospheric river, that may bring flooding to roads and smaller streams and creeks.
