Newark Mayor Ras Baraka appeared in federal court Thursday following his arrest outside an ICE facility​ last week.

The two sides gathered for a status conference regarding the trespassing charges filed against Newark Mayor Ras Baraka after he went to Delaney Hall on May 9. He was there with U.S. Reps.
