BALTIMORE — It was hard to miss seeing something was bothering Jazz Chisholm when he batted in the first inning Tuesday night after four of the first five Yankees rocketed solo homers over Oriole Park’s 21-foot-high, right-field wall.

That potentially changed Tuesday night, when Chisholm left the Yankees’ 15-3 blowout win over the Baltimore Orioles with an oblique problem. Chisholm hurt himself on a first-inning foul ball, stayed in the game, and then reached third on a double and error.
