James Maddison ’s involvement in Tottenham ’s Europa League semi-final second leg against Bodo/Glimt is in serious doubt, manager Ange Postecoglou has revealed. The midfielder was forced off with a knee injury updat the first leg, having earlier scored, and the Spurs boss admitted in the hours afterwards that “it doesn’t look great”.

Ange Postecoglou is hopeful the injuries that forced James Maddison and Dominic Solanke off the pitch against Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League semi-final “are nothing too serious”.

Bergvall was not in Spurs' matchday squad on Thursday, while Maddison and Solanke were withdrawn in the second half.
