The voting is underway for the high-stakes Assembly elections in Delhi on Wednesday (February 5). The fate of 699 candidates will be sealed in a contest that could reshape the political landscape of the national capital.

Amid Delhi assembly elections, the city has turned into a battleground with political parties trading blame. The BJP accuses the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) of engaging in voter fraud, claiming that fake votes are being cast.

"All exit poll results are showing BJP taking lead. We have been saying that BJP is going to form the government in Delhi. People have rejected Arvind Kejriwal's 11-year rule," BJP MP Yogender Chandolia tells PTI.

Pradeep Gupta, chairman and managing director of Axis My India, has predicted a “clean mandate” in the Delhi assembly elections. Notably, almost all exit polls have predicted a historic return of the BJP which has not won the national capital for 27 years.
