Police are looking for a suspect or suspects involved in a shooting early Saturday that critically wounded a 25-year-old man near downtown Wichita, police say. The man was taken to a hospital and underwent surgery. He was shot twice in the upper torso; he is expected to survive, police spokesperson Andrew Ford said.
