MILWAUKEE (AP) — Milwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard has left Game 4 of an Eastern Conference first-round playoff series with the Indiana Pacers after hurting his lower left leg the first quarter. Lillard was helped off the floor and into the locker room after suffering the non-contact injury. The Bucks announced he won’t return to the game.

Damian Lillard exited with a left leg injury during the first quarter of Game 4 of the Milwaukee Bucks vs. Indiana Pacers first round series in the 2025 NBA Playoffs. Lillard fell to the floor going for a loose ball and suffered a non-contact injury in the leg.
