The Indianapolis Colts have hired former New York Giants assistant Jerome Henderson as their defensive backs coach.

Word last week was that they were targeting Jerome Henderson for the job and Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com reports that they will be hiring him. Henderson joins new defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo on head coach Shane Steichen’s staff in Indianapolis.

The Indianapolis Colts are reportedly hiring another experienced defensive backs coach to their coaching staff under Lou Anarumo.

The Colts confirmed that they have hired Jerome Henderson as their new defensive backs coach on Friday afternoon and they announced their entire coaching staff as well.
