Thousands of Manchester United fans have gathered at Old Trafford to pay tribute to Denis Law ahead of the funeral of the club great.

Family, fans and footballers from across the generations have bade a final farewell to Manchester United and Scotland legend Denis Law. About 750 mourners paid their respects to one of the game's all-time greats at his funeral earlier.

Past and present Manchester United players turned out to pay their respects to United and Scotland striker Denis Law who died last month at the age of 84 and was laid to rest on Tuesday.
