Andre Jordan was taken into custody in Clark County after an hours-long standoff with Springfield police and the U.S. Marshals Service.

Chicago police said a red SUV was traveling westbound on Lower Wacker when it attempted to make a left turn and hit an eastbound black sedan that ran a red light.
