"Pink Pony Club" singer Chappell Roan made a plea to labels to pursue protections for musical artists, and Universal Music Group is looking to help.

The Music Industry Mental Health Fund is an expansion of UMG’s four-year partnership with MHA. The initial healthcare partnership offers a “healthcare concierge to clients.” It has “already served nearly 1,000 clients and saved them more than $12.5 million in healthcare costs,” according to a release.
