We're close to the end of January, but lake effect snow is far from ending across parts of New York State this weekend.

A strong system will track to our west setting the stage for strong winds across Western New York on Monday. Arctic air returns Tuesday with areas of lake snow developing.

The public will get the chance to weigh in on proposed increases for both water and sewage usage in Crown Point.
