The attorneys general of New York and 11 others states are suing the Trump administration to undo sweeping tariffs they say were set without authority

A coalition of 12 states with Democratic leaders on Wednesday sued the Trump administration regarding "illegal tariffs." The lawsuit comes as President Donald Trump has softened his stance on the 145% tariffs on some products from China.
