Houston police said Corey Dontaye James shot and killed a 21-year-old man and wounded a 56-year-old woman during a fight.

At the scene, the victim’s sedan could be seen mangled and the front of the suspect’s truck was heavily damaged. Debris from the vehicle was found near the scene.
