Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood are set to thrill visitors this fall with the introduction of two new haunted houses for Halloween Horror Nights.

Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Florida is kicking off its 34th year in frightfully fabulous style. Just like last year, the park is starting scary season early, opening the event on Friday, August 29, 2025, and continuing through November 2, providing a little breathing room to sneak in extra screams. “Five Nights” is the highest-grossing Blumhouse film, an adaptation of a 2014 videogame. The film stars Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail and Matthew Lillard, who are also in the cast of “Five Nights at Freddy’s 2,” which is set for release in December.
