The Edmonton Oilers will be looking to take a 2-1 series lead over the Dallas Stars in the Western Conference Final. Edmonton tied the series up in Game 2 and is now preparing to host Game 3 at home.

The Edmonton Oilers are feeling quite good after punching their ticket to the Western Conference Final for the second straight season.

Connor McDavid tallied two goals, and Stuart Skinner continued his excellent play, stopping 33 of 34 shots in the Game 3 victory. Evander Kane returned to play in Game 2 of the Western Conference First Round on April 23 against the LA Kings. It was his first game since June 10, when he last played in the 2024 Stanley Cup Final. He had surgeries in September and January to fix several injuries. These included two torn hip muscles, two hernias, and a knee issue.
