Stock futures are slightly lower Tuesday morning as investors await new developments on tariffs and labor market reports that are due in the coming days.

The Dow and other major indexes acted strongly Tuesday. An AI stock rallied while Nvidia rose ahead of earnings on the stock market today.

The 30-stock Dow Jones Industrial Average shed 200 points, or 0.5%, at 42,070, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite lost 0.3% to remain above 19,063.
