The Justice Department announced Tuesday that George Washington University was in violation of federal civil rights laws and "indifferent" to anti-Semitism.

A federal judge has rejected the Trump administration’s request to unseal grand jury materials from the Ghislaine Maxwell sex trafficking case.

U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer said anyone who was following the Jeffrey Epstein case would "learn next to nothing new" by reading the grand jury materials.

Engelmayer is the second judge to deny the administration's motions to unseal secret grand jury testimony related to Epstein and Maxwell. Last month, U.S. District Judge Robin Rosenberg dismissed the DOJ's motion to unseal testimony from the first federal investigation of Epstein in Florida that began in the mid-2000s.
