“We believe the introduction of a miniature railway to York Designer Outlet would create a high-quality attraction to be enjoyed by visitors of all ages,” said the statement by MRW.

The public is welcome to visit the Miniature Railroad Club in York for their Annual Holiday Open House on Saturdays and Sundays from 1-5 p.m until Jan. 12, 2025.

For more than 50 years the miniature railway which runs alongside the River Ure at Newby Hall has brought joy to generations of visitors, young and old.
