The Garrick Theatre on Lord Street, Southport, was bought in 2021 after it was left vacant by Mecca Bingo. Now, a planning application has been submitted to Sefton Council by Garrick Southport Ltd.

The company has let eight properties comprising around 30,000 sq ft and has sold at 5,960 sq ft unit at The Cloisters on Corporation Street to Taskers Sport and Angling for £665,000.
