Microsoft has announced that Windows Server 2025, the latest version of its server operating system, is generally available starting Friday, November 1st.

Microsoft removes the version still included for compatibility for good. It has long been considered obsolete.

Windows 11 version 25H2 is one step closer to its public release, with the update today becoming available in the Release Preview Channel of the Windows Insider Program.
