An Amber Alert was issued in Wisconsin Monday night for 16-year-old Sophia Martha Franklin. The alert originated out of Beaver Dam in Dodge County. Franklin, 16, is believed to be with Gary F.

According to court filings, Day was arrested on Dec. 10, 2024 in Lonoke County, Arkansas on charges of interfering with custody and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He is scheduled for a court appearance in that case on Feb. 24 for an arraignment.

An Amber Alert remains in effect for a 16-year-old girl from Beaver Dam believed to be with a 40-year-old Arkansas man.Sophia Franklin, 16, was last seen Sunday night at her Beaver Dam home. The Beaver Dam Police Department said she is three months pregnant.
