SAN DIEGO — A coalition of community organizations, faith leaders, and immigrant rights advocates will gather Wednesday afternoon in downtown San Diego to condemn what they describe as a "terror attack" by federal immigration authorities on workers and residents in the South Park neighborhood.

Tensions remain high in San Diego after last week's Immigration and Customs Enforcement work raids at two Italian restaurants that ended with federal agents using flash-bang grenades against residents protesting the operations.
