The end of the partnership between Christian Horner and Red Bull Racing seems to be getting closer, as GPblog reported this Friday afternoon. The Brit is flirting conspicuously with Alpine, the team where Flavio Briatore is at the helm.

Valtteri Bottas has revealed that he would be open to joining Red Bull, despite his current ties with Mercedes, although there has been no contact from the Milton Keynes squad. Team principal Christian Horner explained after the Spanish Grand Prix that they are in no rush to dismiss Yuki Tsunoda.

Red Bull have reportedly decided on a plan to replace Max Verstappen in the event the four-time champion is handed a suspension. Verstappen was handed three penalty points on his Super License after what appeared to be deliberate contact with the Mercedes of George Russell during the Spanish Grand Prix.
