In the span of several hours before their teams met at the College World Series, Arkansas and LSU fans bought almost 6,000 jello shots.

Arkansas and LSU are scheduled to get underway at 6 p.m. here at Charles Schwab Field in downtown Omaha. This is the showcase game of the weekend between the two highest-seeded teams remaining in the tournament and a matchup of All-SEC pitchers Zach Root of Arkansas and Kade Anderson of LSU.
