A Kansas man was charged with assaulting an American Airlines flight attendant after ripping off his shirt, throwing the employee to the ground and dragging them up the aisle, prosecutors said.

The FBI and DOJ investigated an alleged attack on a flight attendant during an American Airlines flight, leading to an emergency landing and charges against Julius Jordan Priester.

Julius Jordan Priester, 24, of Wichita, is charged with assaulting a flight attendant on American Airlines Flight 3359 to Chicago, which flew back to Connecticut.
