It looks like the Florida Panthers will appear in the Stanley Cup Final for the third straight season. Paul Maurice's squad has jumped out to a 2-0 lead over the Carolina Hurricanes in the Eastern Conference Final.

The Panthers are seven road goals away from setting a new NHL record for most road goals in a single postseason. Currently, the record is held by the 1993 Los Angeles Kings, who scored 49 goals on the road. Florida has 43, which is also the most goals ever through nine road playoff games.
The Florida Panthers have just rolled into Raleigh and embarrassed the Carolina Hurricanes in the first two games of the Eastern Conference Final. In Game 2, the Panthers jumped all over the Hurricanes right out of the gate and cruised to a 5-0 win.
