BERLIN (AP) — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says he told European leaders and Donald Trump on Wednesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin “is bluffing” ahead of the planned summit with the U.S. in Alaska.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is joining German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Berlin on Wednesday for talks with European and U.S. leaders ahead of a Trump-Putin summit later this week, the German government said.

President Trump is holding calls with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy and other European leaders today. The meetings coming ahead of Trump's summit with Russia President Putin in Alaska on Friday. NBC News' Yamiche Alcindor and Matt Bodner report the latest updates.
