Florida sophomore quarterback DJ Lagway is "day-to-day" with a lower-body injury, UF head coach Billy Napier said July 29.

Lagway was cleared from his shoulder injury in mid-July. There was no prosthetic arms, no sling, he could throw the ball, properly. A positive sign. But then last night, it was reported that he was seen wearing a boot to cater to a minor lower leg injury.

Florida football's starting quarterback, sophomore DJ Lagway, is among those named to the 2025 Maxwell Award preseason watch list.
