Dylan Mortensen read her victim impact statement through tears at Bryan Kohberger's sentencing hearing Wednesday.

Latah County Prosecutor Bill Thompson said he blocked Dylan Mortensen from being within Bryan Kohberger's view while she read a victim impact statement.

After eight years as chief and nearly 29 years overall with the city police department, Fry retired from his post in May 2024.
